We may collect contact details, company and country, product requirements, specifications, quantity, destination, timing, preferred contact method, enquiry messages and technical security information. Uploaded documents will remain quarantined until an approved malware-screening process is connected.
3. Purposes
Information is used to assess and respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, request clarification, manage commercial follow-up, prevent abuse, maintain transaction records and meet legal or regulatory obligations.
4. Legal basis
Depending on location and context, processing may be necessary to take steps requested before a contract, for legitimate business and security interests, to comply with legal obligations, or based on consent where specifically requested.
5. Sharing and international processing
Information may be shared with authorised HRS personnel and necessary hosting, security, email or professional service providers. Active enquiries are retained while handled. Closed or unsuccessful enquiries are ordinarily retained for up to 24 months; spam or rejected submissions for up to 30 days. Won enquiries transfer into the relevant commercial record and follow the applicable business-document retention policy.

You may request access, correction or deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security or contractual reasons.
8. Security
HRS uses access control, private storage, audit records, size and file-type restrictions, rate limiting and other proportionate safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
