Quality & compliance

Trust is built through evidence and controls.

The required checks depend on the product, origin country, destination country and transaction structure. HRS does not treat a sample, website, relationship or supplier document as sufficient proof by itself.

01

Counterparty

Identity, ownership, authority, capability, bank details and relevant adverse information.

02

Product

Specification, origin, quantity, packaging, quality evidence and destination requirements.

03

Documentation

Commercial, transport, customs, inspection and product-specific documents.

04

Payment

Approved accounts, independent bank-detail verification and appropriate payment security.

05

Cargo

Packing, handling, insurance scope, route, storage, delivery and claims procedure.

06

Approval

Clear authority for quotation, contract, payment, exceptions and release of company capital.

Publication standard

Claims must be current and supportable.

Certificates, memberships, licences, tax/VAT status, supplier locations, available quantities and completed shipments are published only when their current scope and authenticity have been reviewed.

Where information remains supplier-provided, planned or subject to transaction verification, the website will identify it accordingly.
